I have been asking you to cancel my subscription since before the 9th of march, and still nothing has happened.

I’ve filled a dispute yet again with PayPal to retrieve the funds.

I really love the work Jerry and the team does, but the communication and customer service sucks unfortunately.

I’d appreciate if you can issue the refund and cancel my subscription, as soon as you see this.
